My 2 star review is based mainly on the inconsistency of the product and the generally consistent poor attitude, slow pace, and demeanor of the staff. Whether it's the kids working the register not knowing how to take an order or the managers giving out attitude to anyone who has anything to say, even when they're simply out of half and half. As a food service manager I'm embarrassed, because it's places like this that give food service workers a bad reputation.March 26, 2017
