  Ordering 20min before movie was not enough time and there are only 3 people in here all at the bar... tried it a 2nd time as a carryout, bbq chicken pizza is bland, really really bland. Wow i didnt know you could make bbq chicken pizza taste like nothing, that is talent!

  Dorothy's daughter here: I just read a not very nice review, but I've never had anything but wonderful experience, service, & food. Every time I've been there it's been crazy busy with a combination of post-cinema customers & folks just coming to eat, & a couple of parties thrown in for fun. So I always adjust my sights, realize that the servers are super busy, space is tight, & everybody in the joint wants & expects top-notch service & food. Food's always great, & I don't mind paying when it's a good meal. Service is always good, sometimes even excellent, & with such a busy place, there's really only so much a manager can do. So,relax, have a well-poured beverage, unclench your jaw - your mood will improve, & your food will taste much better. As a matter of fact, I just ordered a delish sausage, mushroom & 1/2 onion pie for pick up. I'll be there in 15 :)
